We currently ship within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During periods of high demand, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where applicable.

Orders within the United Kingdom are shipped via our selected delivery partners and are typically delivered within 1–3 business days following dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs procedures. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs paid at checkout.
Something Lost is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Something Lost cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your parcel appears delayed or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
While we will always do our best to help locate missing shipments, Something Lost is not responsible for parcels confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
