RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any items that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review the matter and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
To be eligible for a return, any approved item must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)
• Products returned without prior approval
